A choreographed sequence of live music and performance, designed to guide guests through a series of evolving spaces and moments.

This client's work ran alongside mine for years, on a much bigger scale, in the same industry. With a high calibre, broad network to draw from, when they came to me to run a private, personal event, it was the ultimate compliment.

I produced the event end to end, from concept through to delivery, working alongside their existing team and bringing in additional staff to run it on the night. That meant booking all entertainment, coordinating the choreography of how each act moved into the next, and building the full run sheet that guided the night from start to finish.

You can design every detail of an experience, but you can't control how people will emotionally respond to it, and watching this one land the way it did was a genuine reminder of how much I love doing this work.

It's not something I get to do often these days, life with a six year old doesn't exactly lend itself to midnight wrap times, but nights like this one are exactly why I catch them when I can.
